Insurance staff was yesterday charged for allegedly forging company's receipts and issuing it to a client as well as collecting N12, 000 from the said client.

The staff, Ndubuisi Uche of LeadWay Insurance Company Nigeria Limited, Miatama, Abuja, was accused of committing the offences on July 16, 2009.
